Le Relais de la Pinède - Our Story

Chef Fabien Rouvier and Le Relais de la Pinède were made for each other for a long time. He has a very special relationship with this restaurant and nostalgic memories for this sharing atmosphere that ruled there while he was a youngster : good old family meals ; anchovy puree and a big basket of vegetable in the center of the table ; numerous fulfilled guests...

After a Parisian career in famous gourmet restaurants, he decides to come back home, in Mouans-Sartoux, with the desire to take over his childhood's restaurant, Le Relais de la Pinède. And this dream came true.

The chef wants to make discover gourmet restaurant in a uninhibited way to all sorts of guests : a simple and gourmand cooking sublimating the tastes and textures. To do so, the interior of the restaurant has been totally changed : Warm, sober and very bright.

To enhance the sharing atmosphere, it has now an open kitchen. It is important for the chef that the guests will be able to have an interaction with his sous-chef and himself.
The restaurant has a beer garden restaurant and a private parking lot.

It's possible to privatize the restaurant for special family events (wedding, baptism, birthday party,... ), business meals or seminars.
